Flexible arrival window
A flexible 1-hour arrival slot within a 4-hour morning or afternoon window.
This allows us to plan routes efficiently while keeping waiting time to a minimum. You’ll be able to select a preferred notification period before arrival.
Arrival updates on the day
Where possible, you’ll receive a text update on the day with a clearer idea of when we’re heading your way.
Access during the booked window
Please ensure someone is available during the selected time window to provide access. If access isn’t available, a re-booking may be required.
What’s included
The service fee covers the visit, professional diagnosis, clear next-step advice and any basic repair within 30 minutes.
Gas appliances & safety regulations
For safety and compliance with UK Gas Safety regulations, we can carry out electrical diagnostic and repair work only on gas appliances.
Any work that requires disconnecting, altering, or breaking gas fittings must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer and is outside the scope of this service.
If this applies, we’ll clearly explain the next steps and advise accordingly.
Parts & further work
Parts are not included. If further work is required, all costs are discussed and agreed before any work begins.
Cancellations & changes
Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 working hours before your appointment window.
Cancellations made within 24 working hours may result in the service fee being retained to cover reserved time.
Where a refund is issued, a £12.00 administration charge will be deducted to cover payment processing and booking administration costs.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

There are no hidden charges — you’ll always know where you stand. Any applicable administration charges are clearly outlined above.
This approach helps us keep costs fair, availability realistic, and response times as fast as possible for all customers.

You’ll request a date and time window first, then select your service area to confirm the service fee. The booking is only confirmed once payment is completed, and your receipt will be emailed to you.
